C.J. and I embarked on a dolphin tour in Orange Beach, Alabama. The last time we went on a dolphin tour together, I ended up engaged! This tour had a lot to live up to.

While visiting us in Alabama, C.J.’s parents went to a cute town called Fairhope. They recommended that we go check it out sometime, so we did just that.

C.J. and I ventured to Alligator Alley to get up close and personal with the giant beasts. Alligator Alley is swamp sanctuary in Summerdale, AL, where alligators found in dangerous areas come to live.

Our first visitors arrived in Gulf Shores! C.J.’s parents, Amy and Chris, flew from Iowa to spend four days with us.

C.J. and I went on a road trip to my cousin Sydney’s wedding! Sydney and her husband, Dylan, got married at The Barn at Rembert Farms in Alachua, FL.

C.J. and I walked to a nearby restaurant called The Sunliner Diner. It is a 50’s style diner with a great atmosphere!

This past Sunday was incredibly busy for C.J. and I. First, we slept in. Then, we walked to the local store for beach drinks. After that, we spent around 4 hours at the beach, reading books and snorkeling.

C.J. and I move out of our Pella apartment and embark on our journey to our first destination: Gulf Shores, Alabama!
